These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of Eurekanav (“Eurekanav,” “we,” “us,” “our”)—a directory that helps teams find and compare automation & low-code service providers and related tools. By using Eurekanav, you agree to these Terms.
Plain-English summary: We run a directory and lead-intro platform. You’re responsible for your account and submissions. We don’t guarantee outcomes between buyers and providers. Paid placements are labeled. Please use the site lawfully and respectfully.
1) Who can use Eurekanav
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
- If you use Eurekanav on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
2) Your account
- Keep your login secure and your info accurate.
- You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
- Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
3) What Eurekanav is (and isn’t)
- We’re a directory and matching layer. We introduce potential buyers and providers.
- We are not a party to any contract between buyers and providers, and we don’t manage scope, delivery, or payments between you and them.
- Information on listings may be contributed by providers or sourced from public materials; you must verify fitness, pricing, claims, and compliance independently.
4) Listings, submissions, and content
- If you submit content (text, images, logos, pricing, cases), you confirm you have the rights to share it and that it’s accurate and lawful.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote your submitted content in connection with Eurekanav (including SEO, newsletters, and social posts).
- We may edit for clarity/format or refuse/remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, or violates these Terms.
- Paid placements are labeled “Sponsored” and use
rel="sponsored" for links.
- Sponsorship or payment does not change factual comparison fields or our editorial standards.
- Unless required by law, listing and sponsorship fees are non-refundable once the placement period begins or the listing is reviewed/published.
6) Payments
- We use Stripe for payments. We do not store card numbers.
- Prices, taxes, and billing terms are shown at checkout. You’re responsible for any applicable taxes.
- If a plan is subscription-based, it may auto-renew until you cancel in your account or by contacting support before the next billing date.
- If you request intros or submit a project, you authorize us to share your project details with relevant providers.
- We do not guarantee the number or quality of leads, response times, pricing, outcomes, or that a project will be accepted.
8) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, infringe IP rights, or post unlawful content.
- Misrepresent identity, credentials, pricing, or results.
- Scrape, spider, or harvest data beyond normal use; attempt to bypass rate limits or security.
- Upload malware or interfere with the site’s operation.
- Use the site to spam users or solicit prohibited services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
9) Intellectual property
- Eurekanav’s software, brand, and site content (excluding your submissions and third-party marks) are owned by us or our licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
10) Third-party services
- We use third-party services (e.g., Stripe, email, CMS, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.
- Links to third-party sites don’t mean we endorse them. Use them at your own risk.
11) Privacy
- Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
- By using Eurekanav, you consent to our processing of data as described there.
12) Beta features & changes
- We may launch beta/experimental features that can change or end at any time.
- We may update the Service or these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you (e.g., banner or email). Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
13) Disclaimers
- No warranties. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that the Service will be error-free.
- We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. You should obtain your own advice before making decisions.
14) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- We won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill).
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the past 3 months or (b) US $100.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Eurekanav and its team harmless from claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Service,
- Your submissions or listings,
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16) Suspension & termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time; contact us to cancel paid plans.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk for other users or the Service.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, payments, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.
17) Governing law & disputes
