What is repaired?
Up to three pages or modules you control, chosen after the Product Fact Ledger is approved. Typical examples include a homepage, product page, pricing module, documentation page, or visible JSON-LD that conflicts with the page.
When does the seven-business-day clock start?
When the required materials, a safe access or approval path, and a named fact approver are ready—not automatically when payment is made.
Which AI products are tested?
Two or three relevant AI products are selected and disclosed for the engagement. Core buyer questions are repeated three times. Results are observations, not a statistical ranking.
What is not guaranteed?
AI mentions, recommendations, rankings, order, citations, indexing time, traffic, conversion, revenue, or a causal lift from a website change are not guaranteed.
Can I buy it immediately?
No. Every applicant receives a manual fit check. Accepted applicants receive a Stripe Payment Link from Don.
What is the refund rule?
A full refund is available before the Work Start Notice. After work begins, completed milestones are nonrefundable and unperformed milestones remain refundable. Missing agreed deliverables are subject to a five-business-day cure period before the corresponding unearned portion is refunded.
