EurekaNav

Privacy Policy

Effective August 30, 2026

1. Controller and contact

EurekaNav is operated by Opulexis LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered office: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Privacy and service questions may be sent to support@eurekanav.com.

2. Data we collect and why

The fit-check form collects contact name, work email, company or product URL, category, recent product change, competitors, a buyer question or wrong fact, fact approver, implementation path, and acknowledgement of the service limits. EurekaNav uses this data to perform a manual fit check, reply to the applicant, prevent form abuse, and prepare onboarding if the application is accepted. The form does not take payment or create an account.

During delivery, EurekaNav may process client-provided product facts, evidence, site access, screenshots, recordings, test prompts, AI outputs, approvals, and communications only as needed to perform the agreed service, document the work, handle refunds, and meet legal or accounting duties.

3. Service providers and payment

EurekaNav uses Vercel for hosting, security, and web requests; Resend for application email and delivery logs; Stripe for manual Payment Links and payment processing; and Sanity for the internal Product Fact Ledger and service records. These providers process data under their own terms and may process it in the United States or other locations where they operate. EurekaNav does not receive full card details from Stripe and does not sell personal data.

4. Analytics, cookies, and logs

No optional analytics or advertising tracker is enabled in this implementation. The site and its providers may use essential cookies or similar storage, network information, and security logs needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

5. Retention and deletion

EurekaNav applies the following operating schedule unless a shorter period is requested and legally permitted:

  • Declined or abandoned applications: 90 days.
  • Accepted application records: 12 months after the engagement ends.
  • Raw client uploads, screenshots, AI outputs, and working files: 90 days after the recheck.
  • Credentials and access: revoked or deleted immediately after they are no longer needed, and no later than seven days after delivery.
  • Hosting and email-delivery logs: up to 30 days, or the shortest available processor setting where EurekaNav cannot configure a shorter period.
  • Rolling backups: up to 30 days before automatic overwrite.
  • Contracts, orders, approvals, refund records, and final delivery records: 10 years.
  • Tax and accounting records: seven years.

A legal hold, active dispute, fraud investigation, or mandatory law may extend only the affected records for as long as necessary. When a retention period ends, records are deleted or de-identified using the available provider controls; expired backup copies disappear as the backup cycle overwrites them.

6. Access, correction, export, and deletion

To request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion, email support@eurekanav.com. EurekaNav may verify identity and may retain records where law, security, accounting, or a legal claim requires it. EurekaNav aims to acknowledge and act on a verified request within 30 days, subject to applicable law, and will forward an approved request to relevant service providers where needed.

7. Security and client access

EurekaNav limits client access to the agreed scope, uses the safest available staging, CMS approval, or pull-request path, and revokes access after delivery. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. A client should not send regulated, safety-critical, or unrelated confidential data unless it is specifically agreed in writing.

8. Policy changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights promised for data already collected where applicable law prohibits that result.
